Case-insensitive regular expression search in match result lines.
E.g. the search string " EL F" lists all finals of the Europa League/UEFA Cup,
and " Athinaikos" lists all matches of the club Athinaikos,
and "Zeljeznicar Sarajevo.*Yug" lists all matches of Zeljeznicar in the Yugoslav period.
Please mind the leading spaces in the first two examples.
